The International Press Institute (IPI) and the Media and Journalism Research Center (MJRC) published the second in a series of Media Capture Monitoring Reports聽for 2025, examining the state of play in聽Bulgaria.

The report reviews developments regarding media capture in the country in 2025 and examines Bulgaria鈥檚 compliance with the European Media Freedom Act (EMFA) since the EU Commission鈥檚 regulation entered into full force in August.
