The Owners

Jim Fitzpatrick, a USA born Irishman with a Mexican restaurant (The Cuckoo's Nest), bought the Talcott House twenty years ago. His new wife, Lucretia Bingham, is a travel writer and a realtor with Coldwell Banker. They both love travel, food, antiques, birds and flowers, but above all, their six daughters.
