Deposits with major credit card required to book room. There is a two night minimum stay.
Cancellations are accepted with a two-week notice prior to date of arrival. Children 12 years and older are welcome. Sorry we cannot accommodate pets. The Talcott House is completely non-smoking. Check-in time is 3PM. Checkout time is at 11AM.
Extra Guest: $25 extra per night
